# iVerifi Technologies

> iVerifi Technologies (legal entity: iVerifi IAM Private Limited, CIN U62099MP2023PTC066602, India) builds two products: **iVerifi**, consent-based digital identity verification that lets people share verified ID with any business instead of handing over photocopies, and **iKarmik**, a complete HR system for field workforces whose attendance is verified by face, liveness, location and time.

## iVerifi: digital ID shared with consent

- Who it is for: individuals, and any business that needs to verify who someone is: hospitals and clinics, corporate offices, co-living spaces and PGs, colleges and schools, coworking spaces, hotels, and government offices. Visitor passes for gates and campuses are coming soon.
- How it works: a business shows its own QR code at the desk, gate or counter. The person scans it in the iVerifi app, sees who is asking, why and for exactly which fields, approves field by field, and keeps a history of every share. Access can be revoked where supported.
- Documents: Aadhaar (via DigiLocker), PAN, Driving Licence and Passport, verified against their issuing sources.
- Privacy: Aadhaar is shared masked; full Aadhaar numbers are not stored; copies of identity documents are not kept; personal data is not sold. Platform data is hosted in India (AWS Mumbai).
- For businesses: iVerifi Business provides a QR code, a live check-in dashboard and team accounts for front-desk staff and guards.

## iKarmik: HR for the front line, with proof built in

- What it is: a complete HR system, not just an attendance app. Modules: employees, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll (with PF, ESI and PT), performance, assets, helpdesk, offboarding, reports, and audit/consent records.
- Field attendance: a supervisor opens the shift on an ordinary Android phone; the worker completes a four-way liveness check (look up, down, left, right); the live face is matched against the worker's enrolled face; the record stores face match, ward/location and time. Works offline and syncs later. Biometric devices at depots and offices can also be connected.
- Payroll and billing: verified attendance days feed payslips, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT) and contractor bill annexures, so each billed day traces back to a face, a place and a time.
- Scale: multiple companies, regions and projects with their own policies; regional language shown alongside English in the field app.
- Who it is for: municipal corporations, workforce contractors and agencies, and their field workers (for example sanitation crews).
- Live deployments: Belagavi City Corporation, Tumakuru City Corporation, Kalaburagi City Corporation and Swachh Bharat Mission (company-reported: about 3,259 workers across 148 wards).
- Pilot: one ward for one month, run alongside the existing process, then the attendance annexures are compared.
